Job summary

Lamar State College Port Arthur invites applications for a full-time Community Partnerships and Advancement Manager to strengthen relationships with business and industry, alumni, donors, and community partners in Southeast Texas.

The role supports the LSCPA Foundation, expands fundraising and engagement, and collaborates across the college to advance institutional priorities while representing LSCPA at external events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, comfort with basic data and reports, and ability to learn other technology systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business, alumni, donors, and community partners.
• Support donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and recognition activities.
• Support and advance LSCPA Foundation and alumni engagement efforts.
• Identify and pursue sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and strengthen industry partnerships that connect to employers and the region.
• Represent LSCPA at chambers, civic organizations, and external events.
