Job summary

Lamar State College Port Arthur seeks a Community Partnerships and Advancement Manager to strengthen external relations, expand fundraising and alumni engagement, and support the LSCPA Foundation across Southeast Texas.

The role represents LSCPA in the community, collaborates with college leadership, and supports advancement operations, reporting to the Athletics Department. This is a full-time on-site position requiring travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn donor-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business, alumni, donors, and community partners.
• Track gifts, sponsorships, stewardship activities, and engagement outcomes.
