Job summary

CJ in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Client Growth Strategy Manager to oversee a portfolio of advertiser accounts. You will provide expert guidance, training, and strategic consultation on affiliate marketing, while renewing contracts, upselling services, and forecasting revenue growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement affiliate marketing strategies, develop content, and support client success across CJ’s platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years in a marketing role, ideally digital performance marketing.
• Ability to develop thoughtful strategies to grow advertiser programs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, Accounting and Technology teams.
• Deliver high quality service while meeting CJ financial expectations.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Influence/ negotiate account strategies incorporating affiliate marketing best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and develop advertiser strategies.
• Lead a team of affiliate marketers to execute strategies.
• Pitch CJ products to achieve client goals.
• Serve as escalation point for advertiser programs.
• Define platform feature enhancements as a product collaborator.
• Forecast revenue growth and identify opportunities.
• Share best practices and tools for CJ clients and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve program and technical challenges.
• Mentor associates and coach team members.
