Job summary

Frazier & Deeter in Nashville seeks a Partnership Tax Senior Manager to lead complex passthrough tax engagements and mentor staff. You will plan, review, and deliver sophisticated partnership tax compliance and consulting for clients across the U.S. and beyond.

You will advise on Subchapter K, 704/754 elections, multi-state taxation, and tax planning strategies, while strengthening client relationships and growing the firm's passthrough practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in public accounting tax focusing on partnerships.
• Experience preparing Form 1065 and K-1 filings.
• Advanced knowledge of Subchapter K and partnership taxation.
• Familiarity with IRC 704/743/754 elections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct high-level review of complex partnership engagements, including 1065 and K-1 filings.
• Serve as technical resource on Subchapter K and complex partnership tax matters.
• Advise clients on partnership tax matters, including IRC sections and planning.
• Lead engagements from planning through completion and manage teams.
• Mentor staff and develop junior associates.
