Job summary

Frazier & Deeter is seeking a Partnership Tax Senior Manager to lead complex partnership engagements and serve as a technical resource for the Passthrough Tax practice in Charlotte. You will work with partners, clients, and teams to plan, manage, review, and deliver sophisticated tax compliance and consulting.

You will advise on partnership formations, allocations, and planning, mentor staff, and contribute to the growth of the firm’s Passthrough Tax area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience with focus on partnership taxation.
• Active CPA license required.
• Strong technical knowledge of Subchapter K, basis, allocations, and partnership transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex partnership and passthrough tax engagements.
• Mentor and develop staff and senior associates.
• Advise clients on partnership structures, tax planning, and multi-state compliance.
• Manage engagement scope, budgeting, and timelines.
• Stay current on tax law changes and translate into actionable guidance.
