Frazier & Deeter in Massachusetts is seeking a Partnership Tax Senior Manager to lead complex passthrough tax engagements, focusing on Subchapter K, partnership structures, and multi-state compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
• Extensive experience preparing and reviewing complex partnership returns (Form 1065) and Schedules K-1.
• Advanced knowledge of Subchapter K and partnership taxation.
• Experience with multi-state partnership filings and nexus.
• Experience with IRC sections 704(b), 704(c), 743(b), and 754 elections preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-level review of complex partnership and passthrough tax engagements, with significant responsibility for Forms 1065, Schedules K-1, and related filings.
• Serve as a technical resource on Subchapter K and complex partnership tax matters.
• Advise clients on complex partnership tax matters, including planning and transactions.
• Develop tax planning and consulting strategies for partnerships and passthrough entities.
• Provide tax guidance related to mergers, acquisitions, and transactional activity involving partnerships.
• Lead complex client engagements from planning through completion, including scope, budgeting, staffing, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
