Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience with significant specialization in partnership and passthrough taxation.
• Active CPA license required.
• Experience with complex partnership returns (Form 1065) and Schedules K-1.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and conduct high-level review of complex partnership tax engagements with responsibility for forms 1065 and Schedules K-1.
• Serve as technical resource on Subchapter K and partnership tax matters.
• Develop tax planning and consulting strategies for partnerships and passthrough entities.
