Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales, account management, or recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of metrics-driven growth.
• Hybrid role in the greater Madison area; local presence required.
• Intrinsic drive to deliver best-in-class partner and candidate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary contact for client partners’ talent needs and grow your portfolio.
• Use a consultative, white-glove approach to deepen relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Develop new business in the Madison market via prospecting and networking; maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Manage consultants and add value within existing partnerships.
• Coordinate with partners and the recruiting team; document needs in Bullhorn and assist salary negotiations.
• Attend events to build Carex’s presence and brand in the region; support proposals and quarterly business reviews.
