Siemens AG, Intelligence Center X, is seeking a high-caliber Partner Sales Executive to lead channel sales within Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Transportation, and Heavy Equipment. You will drive strategic partnerships, orchestrate partner ecosystems, and enable partners to position the Agentic Enterprise for executive-level influence and value realization across NA.

You will own enterprise channel growth, leverage MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies, and collaborate with Siemens account

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience selling into Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Transportation, or Heavy Equipment.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in complex software sales (AI/ML, Low-Code, or Enterprise SaaS).
• Ability to navigate politically challenging sales environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate complex ecosystems by balancing partners and Siemens teams to win deals.
• Strategic partnering to determine when to enable traditional or specialized partners for ICX pursuits.
• Partner enablement to position the Agentic Enterprise at executive levels.
• Drive industry-specific transformation using MBSE, Digital Twins, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle context.
• Position the Agentic Enterprise to govern AI agents across engineering and operations workflows.
• Execute and close as the strategic lead, owning forecast and account strategy.
