Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Partner Relations Manager to build and manage executive-level partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence across assigned territories. You will conduct regular face-to-face meetings, lead QBRs, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transportation, LTL, logistics, national accounts, or business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner Management (70%): develop executive-level relationships, own revenue growth, conduct in-person partner visits (10–12 days/mo).
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with partners focusing on performance and growth opportunities.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to expand market coverage and enhance network.
