Job summary

Plaid is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to own the design and execution of joint marketing programs with Plaid's partners. This role translates business objectives into GTM plans — covering propositions, launches, campaigns, enablement, and performance measurement — and acts as the primary marketing contact for strategic partners across AI, Enterprise, and Credit.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience including partner or channel marketing.
• Experience building joint marketing plans with technology or consulting partners.
• Ability to influence partner marketing leadership and align on objectives.
• Experience shaping joint messaging and translating product positioning into content.
• Ability to measure ROI of marketing investments in partner models.
• Understanding of partner funnel, sales cycle, product lifecycle.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable presenting to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• GTM Strategy & Planning: align with partnership leaders and develop differentiating plans.
• Co-Marketing & Campaigns: create and run partner campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline.
• Partner Enablement: provide decks, guides, FAQs, onboarding content.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: translate product areas into partner messaging and manage stakeholders.
