As Product Manager for Sales-Assisted Growth, you’ll own the experience for sales-sourced customers and the internal tools that speed up sellers’ work, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• PM experience building internal tools for operational users.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled product experiences with clear AI ownership.
• Experience with account-based upsell or retention motions.
• Ability to partner with Sales and Account Management stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales-worked customer experience, from onboarding to expansion and offboarding.
• Own internal tooling to remove manual work and give sellers the right account view.
• Own external tooling for sales-worked accounts (e.g., RFI response tooling, dashboards).
• Consume propensity and account-health signals to drive expansion and retention.
• Identify and ship AI-driven automation across the account lifecycle.
• Partner with GTM leadership on expansion priorities.
• Collaborate with Eng, Design, BI/DS, GTM Technology, Lifecycle Marketing, and Sales/AM leadership to ship impact.
