Human Interest Inc. in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Partner Account Manager to grow our SMB partner ecosystem and accelerate revenue growth nationwide.

You will develop referral networks with tech partners, HCM advisors, brokers, CPAs and financial planners, manage cross-functional issues, and work with marketing to drive go-to-market programs. Expect field travel about 3 days per week and a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building relationships with SMB tech/HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors.
• Proven track record of quota-driven sales success.
• Willingness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new opportunities.
• Identify and resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to promote partner sales through initiatives like events and webinars.
• Work with partners to set goals and metrics to guide go-to-market strategies and demand generation.
