Lovable is seeking a senior operator to accelerate partnerships with Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, and GSIs, turning relationships into customer value and revenue. You will own priority partner motions and guide cross‑functional execution.

The role starts as an individual contributor, with growth based on evidence and impact, building a scalable alliance operating system and expanding the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Deeply run priority hyperscaler or GSI motions.
• Connect each motion to named customers, real product priorities, and measurable commercial value.
• Drive the next customer, partner, product, commercial, and operating actions.
• Resolve dependencies across Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations.
• Turn first proofs into repeatable plays and stop work that has not earned company capacity.
• Build a repeatable working process and recommend the next specialist capabilities or hires.
