Job summary

PrismHR in Illinois is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to scale revenue and optimize strategic insurance partnerships across the PrismHR ecosystem. You will be the primary contact for assigned partners and coordinate onboarding, cross-functional collaboration, and advisor/broker operations.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring strong relationship-building, measurable outcomes, and accountability within a complex benefits environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or additional degree(s) preferred.
• Proven ability to hit revenue or lead goals in a channel/partnership context.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own or manage ongoing partner relationship management for assigned partners.
• Set annual goals and KPIs with partners and lead quarterly/annual business reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Advisory Operations to enable partner success.
• Coordinate onboarding of new insurance, benefits, and advisory partners and ensure readiness for launch.
• Support BOR transitions, advisory engagements, and continuous service improvements.
