Job summary

ServiceNow in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Partner Manager to manage ServiceNow relationships with our Partner Ecosystem across the Americas. You will nurture partners, develop joint business plans, and drive growth through governance, quarterly reviews, and strategic roadmaps.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Partner Operations, and Enablement to execute capacity planning, investment alignment, and co-delivery programs, with approximately 10% travel to support partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision processes, or problem-solving.
• Ability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures and enablement journeys.
• Strong coaching skills for remote and in-person partner enablement.
• Clear communication of partner programs requirements and benefits.
• Effective day-to-day management of a partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Partner Operations to ensure reporting and best practices.
• Conduct quarterly and bi-annual business reviews.
• Develop partner business cases and program roadmaps.
• Articulate investments needed to enter and advance in the partner program.
• Execute remediation plans and manage partner portals.
• Work toward revenue goals through teaming and subcontracting.
• Build and maintain relationships between the PDC and partner ecosystem.
• Participate in marketing events.
• Approximately 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow relationships with the Partner Ecosystem across the Americas.
• Nurture partners and mature their ServiceNow practice through business plans and engagement.
• Drive ecosystem governance, dashboards, and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate on joint GTM plans with capacity/capability/competency/customer success.
• Lead pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive alignment sessions.
• Develop capacity plans and partner investment roadmaps to maximize opportunities.
• Support marketing events and partner-led growth initiatives.
