Qualifications

7+ years of experience selling into Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Transportation, or Heavy Equipment.
Proven track record in complex software sales (AI/ML, Low-Code, or Enterprise SaaS).
Mastery of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale with successful deal closure and value realization.

Responsibilities

Navigate the ecosystem balancing Siemens, ICX, and partner accounts to build consensus and win deals.
Enable partners to move from feature-selling to positioning the Agentic Enterprise at executive level.
Lead strategic partner selections and drive enterprise channel growth across North America.
Engage with industry leaders on MBSE, Digital Twins, ITAR/EAR, and Lifecycle Context to drive transformation.
Close high-visibility deals, maintain a healthy forecast, and ensure adoption and expansion post-sale.
