Job summary

Schwab Workplace Services seeks a Participant Engagement Consultant to develop, deliver, and drive engagement strategies for retirement and stock plans across client organizations. You will partner with plan sponsors, internal teams, and service units to activate Schwab resources and achieve client goals.

The role emphasizes educating participants, delivering education events, and enhancing engagement outcomes while maintaining a strong client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services, workplace benefits, participant education, relationship management, consulting, or related experience.
• Clear and confident communicator with strong listening skills.
• Ability to translate data and client needs into practical engagement recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business-to-business (B2B) consultant to plan sponsors delivering participant engagement.
• Support data-informed engagement plans aligned to client priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate engagement activities: education events, campaigns, meetings, webinars, targeted communications.
