Job summary

SoFi is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its Litigation and Arbitration group. The role focuses on end-to-end matter management, document collections, and legal holds, with responsibility for invoices and vendor coordination.

The candidate will assist in-house counsel across complex requests, collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams, and contribute to a fast-paced, regulated fintech setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a paralegal in law firm or in-house legal dept.
• Experience with end-to-end matter management in litigation/arbitration.
• Experience assisting with document collection and legal holds.
• Strong organizational and deadline-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support SoFi’s Litigation and Arbitration group end-to-end.
• Assist with document collections, reviews, and legal holds.
• Track legal invoices and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee daily process management for the team.
• Support in-house counsel with complex legal requests.
• Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional partners.
• Support across various stages of litigation and arbitration.
