Job summary

SoFi is seeking an experienced paralegal to support its Litigation and Arbitration group. You will oversee daily intake, tracking, and administration of all service of process, including subpoenas and legal matter handling.

You will collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional partners to ensure timely responses and data accuracy, bringing 4+ years of paralegal experience and fintech experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paralegal experience in law firm or in-house legal group.
• Strong knowledge of subpoenas, litigation and arbitration processes.
• Experience with litigation tracking platforms and data management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily intake, tracking, and administration of all service of process.
• Handle subpoena compliance and related legal correspondence.
• Maintain accurate service of process data in SoFi systems.
• Support in-house counsel with complex legal requests.
• Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams.
