Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in paid social media.
• Knowledge of social media attribution and analytics.
• Ability to optimize media spend to drive business results and manage large budgets ($150-$350k/mo).
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, track, and optimize paid social campaigns to meet business results.
• Design A/B tests and brand lift surveys across social channels.
• Deliver timely performance reports to clients.
• Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with media sales partners for campaign maintenance.
• Develop audience strategy using briefs and research.
• Maintain detailed campaign records and media plans.
• Stay updated on new platforms and techniques to drive progress.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation of campaigns.
