Job summary

Influential, a leading influencer marketing agency, is seeking a Manager, Performance Media in Los Angeles to lead paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. You will report to the Director of Performance Media and collaborate with account teams to drive brand awareness, online conversions, and in-store impact.

The role requires 5+ years in paid social and a Bachelor's degree, with strong Excel and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in paid social media.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, track, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive business results
• Assist with designing A/B testing, brand lift surveys, and attribution-based measurement studies across social channels
• Collaborate with team to ensure pacing and delivery of campaigns, and timely, useful performance reports
• Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations based on the analysis
• Develop strong relationships with media sales partners to support day-to-day campaign needs
• Work with attribution partners to formulate media strategies targeting brand awareness, online conversions, and offline sales lift
• Develop audience strategy using campaign briefs and research analysis
• Maintain detailed records of media plans and performance reports
• Stay updated on new platforms and techniques to innovate media strategies
• Reconcile campaigns to ensure proper invoicing and credits
