BarkleyOKRP in the United States is seeking a Planner for a full-time, hybrid role supporting paid media recommendations and client-facing work. You will develop media plans, update flowcharts, and translate data into accessible insights, collaborating across internal teams and with clients.

The ideal candidate enjoys data-driven problem solving, has strong Excel skills, and can communicate complex ideas clearly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfort with math and daily numerical work.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to Tactical Media Recommendations for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Develop audience recommendations using syndicated tools.
• Use competitive intelligence to track category trends.
• Collaborate to evaluate audience, geographic, and vendor information.
• Manage client media budgets and flowcharts, secure approvals.
• Support client billing with Finance for invoices vs. spend.
• Stay updated on industry trades and develop POVs.
• Participate in weekly status calls and relay updates.
• Assist in media report development and performance analysis.
• Develop foundational knowledge of media planning tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
