Job summary

BarkleyOKRP in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a full-time Planner to support paid media recommendations and plan development. You will work with MissionOne Media and BarkleyOKRP client-experience teams and gain direct exposure to clients.

The Planner will craft media flowcharts, analyze data, and communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders. Hybrid work is available with a focus on collaboration and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Tactical Media Recommendations for clients and select channels and tactics.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams across BarkleyOKRP and MissionOne Media.
• Create audience recommendations using syndicated tools like MRI-Simmons and YouGov Profiles.
• Use competitive intelligence to report on investment trends by category.
• Evaluate audience, geographies, and vendor data to shape media plans.
• Manage client media budgets, update flowcharts, and secure approvals.
• Assist in client billing and review invoices against planned spend.
• Stay current on industry trades and develop POVs for clients.
• Participate in weekly status calls and share updates with teams.
• Support media reports by analyzing performance for trends and optimizations.
• Develop familiarity with Vivvix, Pathmatics, SRDS, SQAD, Nielsen NMI/IMS, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
