Job summary

BarkleyOKRP, a full-time hybrid Planner role, supports the development of paid media recommendations and works closely with MissionOne Media and BarkleyOKRP client experience teams, with direct exposure to clients.

The Planner develops media plans, creates and updates media flowcharts, uses analytics to derive insights, and communicates complex information clearly to stakeholders in a fast-changing media landscape.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Eager to learn, shadow and ask questions.
• Passion for advertising and marketing.
• Critical thinker able to translate data into recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Tactical Media Recommendations and channel/tactic selection.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams.
• Develop audience recommendations using syndicated tools.
• Use competitive intelligence to track investment trends.
• Collaborate to develop media plan recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Flawlessly manage client media budget and flowcharts.
• Assist in client billing and coordinating with Finance.
• Stay updated on industry trades to inform POVs.
• Participate in weekly status calls with clients and teams.
• Support in media performance analysis and plan optimization.
• Learn media planning tools like Vivvix, Pathmatics, SRDS, SQAD, Nielsen NMI/IMS.
