The role requires strong negotiation skills, 2+ years of sourcing experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across domestic and international suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain or related field.
• Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Understand financial impact of inventory transactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers for packaging, promotional materials, merchandise, accessories, and other needs.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, minimum orders, lead times, and payment terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and address cost, quality, and delivery concerns.
• Coordinate packaging samples, timelines, and approvals with internal teams and suppliers.
• Create and manage purchase orders for packaging and related materials.
• Communicate procurement timelines and project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to food safety protocols in line with company systems.
