Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and development of packaging materials by collecting quotes, managing supplier communications, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Support tracking of packaging projects, updating trackers, supplier timelines, and risk logs.
• Maintain regular supplier contact to gather delivery updates, resolve issues, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Prepare purchase orders, assist in drafting simple contract amendments, and coordinate approvals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and R&D to align packaging specs for new product launches.
• Collect and consolidate data for cost analyses, savings reports, and supplier performance evaluations.
