Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a 12-month, onsite project in Denver focused on implementing a Coupa Hosted Catalog solution across procurement, IT, and finance functions.

You will manage end-to-end program delivery, including business process design, supplier enablement, system configuration, testing, deployment, change management, and adoption of catalog capabilities within the Procure-to-Pay ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large, cross-functional technology or business transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience implementing procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, SAP SRM, Jaggaer).
• Deep understanding of P2P processes: requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, catalogs, POs, invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all workstreams to design, build, test, and deploy the Coupa Hosted Catalog solution.
• Define governance, controls, and operating processes for catalog content, supplier onboarding, and catalog maintenance.
• Develop and maintain the program roadmap, implementation plan, budget, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and suppliers to establish catalog requirements.
• Lead business process design to align catalog functionality with P2P objectives.
• Manage vendor, consulting, and implementation partner activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
