Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a P&O Director to partner with senior leaders across Finance, Corporate Affairs, Enterprise Deployment, and Legal. This role reports to the SVP of P&O for Mars Snacking North America and drives talent, organization, and capability strategies to accelerate value creation within the MSNA operating model.

The position emphasizes organizational design, leadership coaching, and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

Transformation & Change management experience.
Strategic organizational design experience.
Business and financial acumen in a consumer goods context.
Executive coaching and influence with senior leaders.
Ability to navigate and simplify matrix organizations.
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business; Master’s preferred; 8–10 years HR experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to shape people strategies and priorities.
Design and align structures to support the regional operating model.
Provide strategic coaching to functional leaders to improve performance.
Lead talent agenda: succession planning, high-potential identification and capability building.
Champion a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with The Five Principles.
Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and NA LT on workforce planning.
