Job summary

An established insurance brokerage in San Diego is looking for Property & Casualty Risk Advisors to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for building new client relationships and retaining existing ones. The position requires a valid California Property & Casualty License, with a preference for candidates with 4+ years of experience. The first-year salary is negotiable, typically between $60,000 – $110,000+, plus annual commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current California Property & Casualty License.
• 4+ years experience as a Personal Lines Risk Advisor preferred.
• Proven success record in achieving sales objectives and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Create Personal Excellence Plan with Sales Manager and President.
• Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with prospects.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospects and clients.
• Assist in marketing accounts with key relationships.
• Develop a profitable book of business for the agency.
