RealREPP, in partnership with a leading insurance brokerage, seeks an Employee Benefits Risk Advisor to grow client relationships and provide risk management guidance.

You will identify prospects, develop strategies, and help design benefit programs while maintaining compliance and service excellence for mid- to large-size employers.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current California Life and Health License.
• Proven success record in achieving sales objectives and numbers.
• 4+ years experience as an Employee Benefits Risk Advisor (Preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Grow and perpetuate the company by creating new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Provide risk management and loss prevention advice to prospects and clients.
• Cross-sell the agency’s services and manage client renewals.
• Design insurance plans and recommend coverages to clients.
• Document conversations and coordinate with carriers regarding coverages and exposures.
