Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in fast‑paced, global environments.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Proven ability to translate data and insights into strategic actions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to own and shape strategic people initiatives including organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead data‑driven engagement strategies and AI‑driven insights to improve retention and culture.
• Design and evolve performance management frameworks aligned to business outcomes and succession planning.
• Advise on complex employee relations issues with scalable, equitable solutions.
• Own workforce planning strategy using data to anticipate needs and influence hiring.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation across People practices to improve efficiency.
• Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness across teams.
