Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build a local book of business in a hybrid/remote environment. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, present supplemental insurance options, and guide clients to secure coverage that fits their needs.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, self-motivation, and professional group presentations. Licensure in Health & Life is expected or reimbursed, with a strong support system and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willingness to obtain license.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Professional and confident presenting to groups.
• Self-motivated, independent, and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners, managers, and employees in your territory.
• Lead presentations to small groups and larger teams (1–100+ employees).
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support clients throughout the process.
• Work closely with your manager to set goals and track progress.
