Job summary

American Window Film is seeking a high-performing Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across an assigned metro territory. This outside sales role focuses on delivering exceptional service to win large projects and expand a strong commercial client base.

You will read architectural plans, work with General Contractors, Property Managers, and Facilities teams, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, and maintain CRM records to forecast revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Experience selling to General Contractors or Property Managers.
• Ability to read architectural plans.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Business Development: Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and margin targets; Prospect and cultivate new commercial relationships; Build strategic relationships with General Contractors, Commercial Property Management Firms, Facilities Management Professionals, Building Owners & Developers; Network within local construction and commercial real estate community.
• Project & Sales Process Management: Manage a proactive sales process from prospecting to close and project turnover; Conduct site visits, take field measurements, and collaborate with estimating; Review architectural plans; Develop and present detailed proposals; Negotiate pricing and scope while protecting margins.
• Customer Experience & Account Management: Provide high level service to build long-term repeat relationships; Maintain communication through estimating, scheduling, and installation; Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction; Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Performance & Reporting: Maintain CRM activity and pipeline; Track and report key metrics including Installed Revenue and Margin; Participate in weekly sales meetings and forecasting reviews.
