American Window Film is seeking a personable Outside Sales Rep/Field Estimator to join our team in San Francisco. The role requires traveling to appointments, meeting with clients, taking precise window measurements, and generating a high volume of estimates to drive new opportunities.

You will collaborate with contractors, manage a robust sales process in our CRM, and deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong attention to detail and polished organizational skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or PDF-XChange is a plus.
• Excellent communication (oral/written), sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Competitive commission program.
• Flexible schedule: road and office work.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
• Meet with clients onsite to understand project goals, take measurements and advise on products.

Job description

American Window Film is looking for a personable, professional, and hard-working Outside Sales Rep/Field Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, is self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within our company. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and working in a fast paced environment.

In this role, the Outside Sales Rep/Field Estimator will travel to appointments throughout their territory, meet with customers, match their needs with American Window Film’s products and services, accurately measure windows to identify project scope, produce a high volume of estimates and pursue new opportunities. The purpose of this role is to connect with potential customers and provide them with window film and graphics solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
• Meet with clients onsite to understand their project goals, take measurements and advise them on which products would help achieve their desired outcome
• Build estimates based on architectural plans and work with general contractors to provide accurate and timely proposals.
• Make sure all estimates are accurate and delivered on time
• Proactively manage a sales process within the company CRM
• Provide great customer service to our clients and represent the company in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate teamwork ability to collaborate with multiple departments on projects
• Other duties as related and directed

PAY RANGE: $50,000-$60,000/year base salary + 4% monthly commission

(ANNUAL OTE: $110,000-$120,000+/yr)
