Job summary

FTS International, LLC in Chantilly, VA seeks a Strategic Outreach Lead to provide SETA services for an IC customer involved in satellite design, development, test and operations. The role focuses on developing briefing documents, managing budgets and schedules, drafting SOWs and RFPs, and coordinating with stakeholders to advance government pursuits; strong writing and briefing skills are essential.

Candidates should have TS/SCI with polygraph, a BS/BA, and 10+ years of relevant experience;

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• BS/BA degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience providing acquisition support including budgets, schedules, contracts (SOWs, CDRLs, RFPs).
• Familiarity with spacecraft technologies, concepts, and systems.
• Strong written and briefing skills.
• Experience interfacing with government agencies (NRO, DoD).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop documents and briefings to communicate program status; brief customer and industry as required.
• Provide acquisition support including budgets, schedules, contracts, and source selection efforts.
• Support engagements through strategic communication; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Review trade studies for potential government pursuits.
• Provide technical review and assessment of program development and readiness activities.
