Job summary

The Outreach Support Specialist at Tuvli, an Akima company, provides dedicated communications support to the Bureau of Global Acquisitions Front Office in Washington, DC. You will assist the Senior Outreach and Engagement Advisor with external and internal communications priorities for the Chief Acquisition Officer.

This on-site role requires a BA or higher, 3-5 years in communications, and proficiency in Salesforce and Canva for design, plus strong writing abilities for speeches, newsletters,

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills to support speechwriting, newsletters, and web content.
• Experience with organizational social media management (LinkedIn preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar field required.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Researches, develops, plans, designs, and maintains policies and materials for conveying messages.
• Writes, edits, reviews, and oversees release of internal communication documentation (intranet, newsletters, emails/memos, webcasts, presentations, speeches).
• Plans internal and external corporate events with marketing/external communications team.
• Develops and implements new and existing communication avenues.
