Job summary

Tecolote is seeking an Acquisition Support specialist to develop and implement strategic communications aligning with DoD and USSF policies. You will coordinate with Space Force and DoD stakeholders, manage BBPs, and track engagements and outcomes for leadership reporting.

You will support communications plans, respond to RFIs, and ensure accuracy of public-facing information while maintaining version control and documentation history.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; math, engineering, business, or sciences preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic communications or PA.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate public release materials with security and policy reviews.
• Develop BBPs and briefing materials for leadership engagements.
• Support Communications Plans and RFIs with timely responses.
• Review acquisition and program documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Track milestones, wins, and engagement results for leadership.
