The role will work closely with the Senior Outreach and Engagement Advisor to carry out external and internal communications priorities on behalf of the Chief Acquisition Officer.

Qualifications

• Develops, improvement and/or implementation of new and existing communication avenues.
• Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.

This individual will work closely with and assist the Senior Outreach and Engagement Advisor in carrying out the GA Front Office's external and internal communications’ priorities on behalf of the Chief Acquisition Officer.

• Conducts tasks and assignments as directed.
• Performs work under general supervision.
• Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Typically requires BA and 2-4 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and in Canva for graphic design.
• Strong writing skills to support speechwriting, newsletters, and web content.
• Experience assisting with organizational social media management (preferably LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with basic engagement analytics and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively and responsively to support the Advisor's day-to-day communications needs.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
