Job summary
Southern Company Services seeks an OT Systems and Compliance Manager to lead the OT Systems and Compliance team responsible for high-availability infrastructure for Power Delivery and Gas operations. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; associates considered with relevant experience.
- Prior management experience leading IT teams; strong IT and compliance knowledge.
- Solid understanding of NERC CIP, TSA-SD2C, and FERC requirements related to OT and utility operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with OT business partners to align infrastructure needs with compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with TO leaders and Cybersecurity to align processes and resources.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate compliance processes; ensure audit readiness.
- Drive operational excellence through disciplined IT operations and reliability.
- Develop team skills and succession planning for future leadership.
