Job summary

Southern Company seeks a leader for OT Systems and Compliance to drive high-availability infrastructure and compliance programs across its operations. The role partners with OT business units and SO-affiliates to design, implement and manage critical IT services that enable power delivery and gas operations.

You will advance compliance readiness, optimize processes, and help the team grow toward self-sufficiency, while ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Degree strongly preferred; BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with OT business partners across Southern Company affiliates to understand infrastructure needs and support compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with TO leaders to align infrastructure processes, technologies and resources with business needs.
• Engage with Operations Compliance and TO Risk & Compliance to support applicable programs and ensure infrastructure obligations are managed effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement through disciplined operations and effective management of responsibilities.
• Attract, develop and retain a highly qualified, engaged team capable of meeting current and future business needs.
