Job summary

Knight Federal Solutions is seeking a Publicly Available Information (PAI) / Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Joint Staff J-7 DDJTE in Suffolk, VA. Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with eight+ years of operational experience in information operations/OSINT.
• Experience developing and presenting intelligence assessments to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Information Operations, Intelligence, Cyber, Space, JEMSO, OE, M&S, media, and targeting planners to ensure scenario consistency.
• Collect, exploit, evaluate, and analyze Publicly Available Information and Open-Source Intelligence from social media, public records, news sites, and other public sources.
• Conduct social media exploitation, including network analysis and sentiment analysis.
• Identify emerging threats, adversary narratives, influence networks, and indicators of change within the Information Environment.
• Develop realistic exercise content using PAI and social media to replicate portions of the internet for joint exercises.
• Create simulated websites, social media posts, online personas, and other IE products to support exercise scenarios.
• Support exercise assessments, after-action reviews, and lessons learned.
