Job summary

Seventh Dimension LLC seeks a USASOC Subject Matter Expert (Joint Special Operations) to support development, planning, coordination and execution of Mission Command Exercises. The role requires expertise in joint operations, operational planning, and theater-level SO activities to strengthen exercise realism and staff readiness.

The SME will help design scenarios, rehearse decision-making processes, and contribute to after-action reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years of experience in Special Operations Forces headquarters staff positions performing joint operations.
• Minimum one year of experience researching, planning, preparing, coordinating, and executing Mission Command Exercises focused on Theater SO Command or JSOTF scenarios.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Graduate of Joint Forces Staff College programs or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, coordination, and execution of Mission Command Exercises.
• Develop realistic Joint SO scenarios supporting training objectives.
• Integrate theater-level and Joint SO considerations into exercise design.
• Advise Mission Command Exercise personnel on SO operational concepts.
• Assist with after-action reviews and exercise improvement efforts.
• Support collective training activities conducted by the SO Mission Training Center.
