Job summary

Knight Federal Solutions is seeking a Publicly Available Information (PAI) / Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Subject Matter Expert to support the Joint Staff J-7 in Suffolk, Virginia. The role focuses on how public information informs commanders' decisions and how to design, plan, and execute exercise content.

You will gather data from social media, forums, public records, and news to produce actionable intelligence and brief senior leaders. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting PAI and OSINT analysis.
• Ability to develop intelligence assessments and executive summaries.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Information Operations, Intelligence, Cyber, Space, JEMSO, OE, M&S planners to ensure scenario consistency.
• Collect, exploit, evaluate, and analyze PAI/OSINT from social media, forums, public records, and news sites.
• Conduct social media exploitation, including network, trend, sentiment, and cyber-persona analysis.
• Identify emerging threats, adversary narratives, and indicators of changes within the Information Environment.
• Develop realistic exercise content using real-world and scripted PAI to replicate internet environments.
• Create simulated websites, social posts, online personas, and news articles for training scenarios.
• Provide PAI/OSINT support to intelligence production, planning, and targeting for exercises.
