The role partners with leaders and HR to align people programs with business goals in a hybrid work environment, supporting cross-functional teams across Mechanicsburg, Chambersburg, and Westminster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, psychology, HR, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum eight years in organizational development, performance management, or talent strategy roles.
• Experience designing enterprise-level performance and succession planning processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead OD initiatives aligning culture, engagement, and business goals.
• Develop enterprise-wide performance management programs.
• Create succession planning frameworks and leadership pipelines.
• Analyze engagement surveys and data to advise leadership.
• Coach leaders on change management and organizational effectiveness.
