Job summary

BryceTech seeks an Organizational Developer to advise AFRL leaders under the JUPITER program at Kirtland AFB, NM. You will assess and enhance organizational effectiveness across the Air Force research labs, aligning planning with mission needs.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a four-year degree in a related field, and proven capability in organizational development, strategic planning, and change management to support evolving government missions.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Four-year degree in organizational development or related field.
• Experience in organizational development, planning, or change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational development and advisory support to AFRL/RJ and AFRL/RF.
• Support organizational planning and development activities for evolving mission requirements.
• Assess organizational structures, processes, capabilities, and workforce needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, collaboration, communication, and performance.
• Develop recommendations to address organizational challenges and improve mission effectiveness.
