Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Senior Engineer/Scientist to provide high-level advisory support to AFRL Space Warfare and Information and Spectrum Warfare Directorates under the JUPITER program at Kirtland AFB, NM.

The role concentrates on R&D planning, assessments, and technology investments, enabling transition of advanced space and spectrum technologies to warfighter applications. Requires TS/SCI clearance and advanced engineering credentials.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
• PhD/MS/BS in engineering/science with required years of experience.
• Experience in Space or Information and Spectrum systems/technologies.
• Experience supporting R&D activities and technical studies.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, and provide technical recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for briefings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scientific, engineering, and technical advisory support to AFRL/RJ and AFRL/RF.
• Support technology investments and strategic planning for space and information/spectrum warfare.
• Evaluate technologies for merit, feasibility, maturity, and potential warfighter impact.
• Conduct studies, analyses, evaluations, assessments, and trade studies.
• Provide input to near-term and long-term technology investment strategies.
• Support development, maturation, demonstration, integration, and transition activities.
