Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Business Developer to provide business development, strategic planning, and technical advisory support to the AFRL Space Warfare and Information & Spectrum Warfare Directors for the JUPITER program at Kirtland AFB, NM. You will apply BD and tech planning to advance opportunities and partnerships across government and industry.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, and a doctoral or master’s with extensive related experience.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Doctoral degree in management, organizational development, business, engineering, or science with 7+ years of related experience, OR master’s with 9 years, OR bachelor’s with 12 years.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic planning, technology development, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate complex business and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide business development and strategic advisory support to AFRL/RJ and AFRL/RF.
• Support strategic planning and business development activities for space warfare and information and spectrum warfare portfolios.
• Identify and assess technology, research, development, partnership, and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate business, technical, organizational, and strategic considerations of emerging technologies.
• Develop strategies for advancing technologies and research initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with government, industry, academia, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and investment approaches.
