CLA is seeking an Organizational Change Management Senior to lead the people side of large-scale change initiatives for clients in Indianapolis, IN. You will partner with client teams to design and implement employee-focused strategies that improve organizational health and drive adoption across data, technology, and digital transformation efforts.

This role requires 4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to develop integrated change management plans,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of relevant change management experience.
• Change management certification or designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee-focused change management strategies to improve organizational health and adoption.
• Partner with clients and CLA teams to align strategy, technology, and people for successful transformations.
• Develop change roadmaps, communications, training plans, and governance to ensure lasting impact.
