Job summary

NYU Langone Health, a leading academic medical center in New York, seeks a Senior Organization Effectiveness Specialist to lead OE initiatives across the system. You will partner with senior leaders and HRBP to drive culture change, organization design, and leadership development, delivering OE solutions that align with strategic goals.

The role covers program design, assessment administration (360s, MBTI, DISC, Hogan), measurement of impact, and coaching of managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organization Effectiveness, OD, Change Management, I/O Psychology or related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive HR, OD, OE or Change leadership experience.
• Experience designing programs, delivering training, and measuring outcomes in large organizations.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with OE/OD models and change methodologies.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Active affiliation with HR networks preferred (SIOP, SHRM, NYHRPS, ODN NY).

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and plan OE & Change engagements across NYU Langone.
• Apply OE/OD best practices and adapt new trends.
• Develop and deliver OE and Learning Leadership programs (e.g., Langone Academy).
• Provide development opportunities for clients as part of HR interventions.
• Evaluate OE interventions using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Conduct evidence-based research to inform service design.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal and external sources.
• Oversee portfolio of assessments (360, MBTI, DISC, Hogan).
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide project updates.
• Conduct needs assessments and ensure effective contracting.
• Coach managers and leaders to sustain change.
